DAIRY: Toolbox2

During our second session, we have looked at different types of customers and analyzed shops from different brands. 

Customer Profile: 

We looked at how to identify different types of customers we also thought of what they could have in their bags and what information we could tell from their luxe and what they wear. 

During that analysis of the style of the customers, we thought of things like their hobbit their life and trust her social life and different fashion attitude.  

Here are some different fashion attitudes we thought of: 

  • look nice? 
  • Look unusual 
  • Look like nobody else 
  • Look attractive ( for a mate)
  • Follow trends in magazines 
  • Follow a subculture 
  • Bland in ?

The first task was to create a customer profile. We took pictures from the Internet more precisely vogue fashion street style and we picked one image of someone who could potentially be our customer. And we guested their fashion interest as well as their hobbies their lifestyle style interest or social life and so on. 

The customer profile questions were guessing their age where do you live thirsty choose if they’re married single they have kids or they don’t want their occupation their incomes their hobbies their daily and weeks schedule brands they buy or aspire to buy from and guests their social media influences. 

Comparing Shops: 

During the second part of the session, we have looked at comparing different shops from different brands. 

Since it was our shop report we took a picture from the Internet of it shop of our choice and analyzed different aspects such as: 

  • atmosphere of the shop, 
  • the music, 
  • the lighting, 
  • the color schema, 
  • the store design the layout, 
  • how the marchandise  this is display. 

During session 2 I have learnt: 

  • How to analyze a customer. 
  • All customers are different. 
  • I have understood that it’s important to know what kind of customer is why I want to attract. 
  • I have understood that in order to make your customer feel comfortable do you have to have a specific shop aspect. 
  • I’ve learned how to make a customer profile and a shop report. 
  • I’ve learned that it’s important to observe customers and shops interior. 

As a conclusion I would say that’s the most important person in fashion is us the customers.
